This vegetable and oats tikki chaat is a healthy version of aloo tikki chaat. This snack is a perfect balance of taste and nutrition as it contains broccoli, paneer, spinach, Capsicum, beans and oats all being a powerful salutary and nutrition -rich food. It sounds a little healthy but believe me its super delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 cup finally grind broccoli
- 1/3 cup finally grind beans
- 1/2 medium size finely chopped Capsicum
- 1/4 cup finely chopped or grind spinach
- 1/3 cup grated paneer
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup crushed peas
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp maida (all purpose flour)
- 1/2 - 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt as per needed
- Some coriander leaves
For assembling
- 1 cup curd ( well beaten)
- 1/4 cup Tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup green chutney ( coriander chutney)
- Black salt or rock salt as per needed
- Red chilli powder as per needed
- Cumin powder as per needed
- Pinch of coriander powder
- Bhujia or sev as per needed
Method
- Add crushed broccoli in a bowl then
- Crushed Beans
- Chopped Capsicum
- Crushed peas
- Crushed paneer
- Crushed spinach
- Oats
- Cumin powder
- Black pepper powder
- Chat masala
- Corn flour
- Maida
- Chopped Coriander leaves and salt
- Mix everything nicely
- Now make small round balls and spread some bread crumbs on the plate
- Now, press the balls with your palms gently and coat it with bread crumbs evenly.
- Heat the pan and pour some oil for shallow fry and gently slide down the tikkis into the pan at low flame
- Cook both sides until golden brown and crisp and transfer into an absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
- Now, place these tikki on a plate and add curd over it
- Sprinkle red chilli powder, rock salt ,coriander powder and cumin powder
Note :-
• If the mixture doesn't bind together then add some bread crumbs
• Adjust the spiceness according to your taste
