Hey guys, I recently went to Gujarat for pilgrimage. We Indians occasionally visit this places and usually wear ethnic clothes rather than western wear but we do think that all this outfits a little boring for the vacation so why not add some Spice to our Indian dress so that it look fashionable, trendy and rooted with our culture. So, here are ideas which I wore on this trip. 1. Kurti as a dress I wore a long cold shoulder kurti as a dress with a slip-ons and a backpack. You can also wear a Anarkali kurta with Oxford shoes  and the sling bag. 2. Tank top with Palazzo and shrug I paired these outfit with a metallic  choker necklace to give that boho vibe. 3. This vegetable soup is healthy as well as very easy to make and gives all the nutrition in one bowl. Ingredients : 3 roughly chopped tomato 8 to 10 roughly chopped beans 2-3 florets of broccoli  1 small Capsicum  1/4 cup peas 1/4 piece roughly chopped beetroot 1 tsp cumin Powder 1 tsp black salt 1/2 tsp rock salt 2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp black pepper powder Method : 1. Add all the vegetables in a pressure cooker and cook it at low flame for 20 minutes.   2. After 20 minutes, open the pressure cooker and let it cool .    3. Add these cooked vegetable in a jar .   4. Grind it finely.   5. Now strain the mixture and add some water to make it liquid like consistency. You can add water as per requirement if you want it to thick then add less water.   6. Now , add all the spices and sugar   7. Give it 1-2 boil at high flame 8. Your healthy soup is ready . Serve it with toast or croutons.
